Quality Assurance Label Center Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Label Center Coordinator will be part of the Quality Department reporting to the QA Manager or designee. This position manages labels used in the manufacture and control of RCO products across all manufacturing facilities and logistics.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- This position will receipt, inspect, and assigned status to all incoming labels.
- Issue labels to manufacturing floor.
- Perform label reconciliation for each batch record.
- Control all inventory label in RCO facility.
- Maintains the on-line library to ensure the most recent Artwork revision documents are published and available for use.
- Participates on project teams as assigned. Aware of the changes in facility, equipment, product and processes which may impact documented processes. Identifies impacted documents and updates documentation for project implementation.
- Develops and maintains relationships with employees, departments, leadership and SMEs which is necessary to obtain and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Any other duties and responsibilities required by Quality Management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Efficient typing skills.
- Ability to compile information
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Ability to adapt
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
