Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers who enter the dealership
- Guide customers through the decision-making process by listening carefully to their needs and asking questions
- Build relationships with customers to enhance the sales process and provide exceptional service
- Explain product features, performance, and benefits to prospective buyers
- Report directly to the Sales Manager, including progress reports, activity updates, and analyses
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (automotive experience required)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate pricing
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Ability and interest in mentoring and training new sales associates once you gain experience
