Role overview :
As a Financial Service Client Representative / Customer Care Professional, you’ll work directly with leaders to support their efforts with clients in growing their client base. No telemarketing, but Business Development is the primary task. You’ll be responsible for booking client meetings, developing relationships with clients, business development, operational tasks, completing follow-ups, and working to ensure our clients are well-served.
