Location: Off-campus at 120 Fisher Ave., Boston, MA 02120
Hours of operation and expected hours per week: Varies Monday to Friday, 9 AM- 5 PM.
Career and Internship Services serves all RCC students as they enter and grow in their careers. Each Student Job assignment is staffed with a supervisor committed to ensuring that students perform their jobs well. More importantly, supervisors are primarily charged with developing and mentoring students through uplifting instruction and modeling positive behaviors and attitudes.
An Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives, managing schedules, correspondence, and other tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. This position is a great opportunity for students studying a wide range of topics.
- Support the administrator with special projects, communication, and office coordination.
- Perform administrative and secretarial duties across facility departments.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing facility operations and policies.
- Maintain compliance with facility procedures and ensure a positive environment.
- Liaise with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, meetings, and record-keeping.
- Oversee front office staff and maintain confidentiality in personnel matters.
- Ensure adequate supplies, process mail, and handle resident concerns as needed.
- Uphold resident rights, privacy, and professionalism at all times.

All students are required to take part in an onboarding process facilitated by the Office of Human Resources and Office of Career Services. These workshops are intended to help answer questions students have related to their work, pay, and policies. It will also provide information intended to help with their career readiness and success in this student job position.
