Our company is looking for an office assistant to handle clerical tasks in our office. Must speak clearly and have a warm personality with strong customer service skills. Be able to multi-task with different miscellaneous office duties such as light filling, answering phones, handling incoming calls helping organize and maintain the office, greet clients and visitors as needed. Must be a team player and willing to learn. Strong communication skills. This position can lead to office management .
Position includes paid holidays and paid vacation.
