Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Experience: Implement programs that enhance satisfaction, retention, and onboarding while leveraging HR technology.
Performance & Employee Relations: Support performance management, coach managers on employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and ensure compliance.
Leave & ADA Management: Administer FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and ADA accommodations, ensuring compliance and clear communication.
Leadership & Change Management: Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and facilitate smooth transitions.
Compensation & Benefits: Support salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and recognition programs.
HR Analytics & Process Improvement: Track key metrics, identify trends, and optimize HR processes.
Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to employment laws, particularly in California, and maintain up-to-date HR policies.
