We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. From recruiting EMTs and Nurses to Communications and HR professionals, your impact will be felt across the organization.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, including field-based and critical non-field positions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless and engaging recruitment process that aligns with Royal Ambulance’s culture and values.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment for Clinical and Non-Clinical Roles
- Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage hiring for field-based roles (EMTs, Nurses, Paramedics) and non-field positions (Communications, FP&A, Revenue Cycle, Human Resources, and Operations), ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for both permanent and temporary / event-based roles, including high-profile deployments like Burning Man.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct screenings, interview scheduling, and coordinate interviews and offers.
