About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Corporate to help us scale and drive industry-standard Recruiting best practices. You will work closely with business leaders and other recruiters to drive our hiring efforts. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to candidates and internal business stakeholders, identify and engage with top talent, and drive the recruiting process while delivering an unparalleled candidate experience.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance for all corporate department hiring, including IT
- Manage complex searches and use data to advise the business on tech industry trends
- Manage partnerships and build relationships at all levels both internally and externally
- Strategize with HR
- Support multiple technical functions at all levels across the enterprise
- Build effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract and engage talent for open positions
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8 years of technology search/ corporate recruiting experience
- Excellent recruiting fundamentals - identifying talent, managing/influencing candidate and hiring manager expectations and closing offers
- Outstanding relationship management skills and an ability to influence all levels of experience and leadership
- Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment laws
- Understanding of retail technology, a plus
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote location.

The starting salary for this position is $92800-$123700 and may increase to $154700 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
