Youth Soccer Coach

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating young athletes in the fundamentals of soccer. This role involves developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.

Duties

• Plan and conduct engaging soccer training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Educate players on game strategies, rules, and techniques to enhance their understanding of soccer.
• Implement behavior management techniques to maintain discipline and encourage positive interactions among players.
• Monitor the physical fitness of players and incorporate conditioning exercises into training sessions.
• Organize and lead practice sessions, scrimmages, and competitive matches.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their performance.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive coaching strategy across different age groups.
• Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by adhering to health club standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in soccer, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with additional sports such as basketball or karate is a plus but not required.
• Experience working with children or youth in a childcare or educational setting is beneficial.
• A background in physical education or related fields will be considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate young athletes are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
