Royal Bin Cleaning is a locally-owned business passionate about serving the community! We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding Royal Bin Cleaning's presence within our community. Your primary responsibilities will involve identifying and creating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and fostering partnerships that align with our mission to provide top-quality can cleaning and related services. You will actively promote and sell our services while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities in assigned territories or neighborhoods.
- Build a pipeline of prospects through outreach efforts, including door-to-door engagement, networking, and targeted campaigns.
- Research and qualify leads, understanding their needs and aligning them with our services.
Building Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, renters, and local businesses.
- Develop tailored solutions to address specific customer needs and pain points.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations that highlight the benefits of our offerings.
Sales Development:
- Present our services with confidence, conducting product demonstrations when applicable, including on-the-spot cleanings.
- Overcome objections and close deals effectively with a solution-oriented approach.
- Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for lead generation, sales, and conversions.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer acquisition.
- Provide customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall business operations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in sales and business development.
- Participate in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings to enhance skills and drive success.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- A proven ability to build relationships and close deals is highly desirable.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
