Royal Caribbean Group’s Private Destinations Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Manager, Civil Engineer reporting to the Senior Director, Design & Architecture.
Position Summary :
Royal Caribbean is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Sr. Manager of Civil Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and extensive expertise in infrastructure needs for remote island and coastal developments. This role requires a deep understanding of various civil engineering disciplines and the ability to manage pre-design oversight for our private destinations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Pre-Design Oversight :
Lead the pre-design phase for private destination projects, ensuring infrastructure needs are thoroughly assessed and planned.
Work with the Construction Management team during pre-construction efforts to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the management of due diligence consultants contracted under Royal Caribbean, ensuring all necessary analyses and reports are completed to the highest standards.
Apply extensive knowledge of infrastructure development for remote island and coastal projects to create innovative and sustainable solutions.
Prepare detailed project documentation, including reports, plans, and presentations for senior management.
