As a Compensation Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in developing, administering, and managing our compensation programs to ensure they align with our philosophy and market standards.   Key Responsibilities: Administer the organization’s bonus, merit, and market adjustment processes. Assist in designing and administering wage structures, incentive plans, commission programs and other bonus plans. Conduct job evaluations and market research to ensure competitive salary structures. Collaborate with the Human Resources Team to analyze and recommend competitive job offers to candidates in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with internal equity and competitive external market pricing. Analyze compensation data to propose revisions and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate closely with leader and Finance team to administer the salary labor budget process, reporting and tracking. Includes creating and distributing labor budget reports and managing any related requests. Assist with the creation or modification of job descriptions, job grading and leveling processes to maintain internal equity and consistency across the company as it relates to salary structures. Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc compensation reports, trends, insights and dashboards for the Human Resources Team, Management, and Executives utilizing HR systems to gather, input, and analyze compensation-related data. Communicate compensation policies and respond to inquiries from team members and leaders. Compensation:$71,427.20 - $82,139.20 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher) Work Schedule:This is a full-time, exempt level position. Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours, as needed. Training:Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.  Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization. In addition, this position is part of Royal's workplace flexibility program and can be hybrid after training and being proficient in the position, which is typically the first 6-9 months in the role. Candidates must be able to commit to the first 6-9 months being in-person.  Please Note: We reserve the right to extend the training time in office as necessary. The chance to make a significant impact on our organization’s success   Required Education/Experience/Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field. Minimum of three years’ experience in compensation analysis. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of relevant compensation laws and regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills.   Preferred Experience: Five years’ experience in designing and administering compensation programs.
