Royal Crest Dairy's Wholesale division is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Account Manager to lead our wholesale operations and drive business growth.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in wholesale commercial sales and business development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement wholesale strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth with retail, restaurant, and hospitality organizations.
- Own and build key relationships with existing and potential clients to increase business, drive revenue, and improve sustainable growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and optimize sales processes.
- Assign customers' sales P&L ownership and delivery against KPIs.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to align on goals and initiatives.
- Deliver on budget objectives and execute appropriate actions to achieve and/or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with wholesale clients to secure favorable terms.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in wholesale operations.
Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within a wholesale environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in food service business development is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of the food industry, with dairy experience preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire for continuous improvement.
SALARY- $65,000/YEAR or more DOE plus 10% annual performance bonus and monthly car allowance.
