We're hiring a Dental Lab Operations Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Efficiently answer incoming calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and routing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Record Management: Maintain accurate records of cases by logging data in the online system and scanning documents, ensuring completeness and organization for easy retrieval.
Case Preparation: Pack and organize patient cases that are ready for shipment, ensuring proper handling and documentation to prevent errors or damage.
Shipping Coordination: Handle shipping logistics, including the creation of shipping labels and maintaining a package tracking log to monitor the status of shipments.
Advertising Support: Utilize various platforms and tools to create online advertisements, particularly social media posts, to promote products and services, contributing to marketing efforts.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Qualifications:
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role within an office environment is required, demonstrating the ability to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
