Your key responsibilities
- Strategy : Contribute to global home segment strategy and innovation deployment across Global Consumer Brands, to accelerate growth
- Market Intelligence : Provide global segment leadership with customer insights and GCB needs through network participation. Cross- pollinate learning.
- Innovation Portfolio Management : Assess sufficiency, identify gaps, and prioritize innovation projects for GCBs.
- Business Case Support : Consolidate GCB inputs for innovation business cases and participate in project development.
- Deployment & Adaptation : Collaborate with global Marketing and Project teams to launch and adapt materials and webinars. Connect with customers
- Performance Measurement : Evaluate innovation results, recommend corrective actions, and serve as the GCB team's primary access point.
