What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finisher, 1st Shift Monday - Friday, 6am - 3pm position at Royal Engineered Composites?
- Read, initial, and follow planners and work orders.
- Utilize various finishing methods including sanding, filing, and painting per specifications within the labor targets.
- Inspect or measure finished work pieces to determine conformance to specifications using instruments.
- Use various tools and machines including router, band and table saws, mill, and hand tools per specification.
- Use various measuring instruments such as gauges and micrometers.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual, and reliable attendance as set by the supervisor according to handbook guidelines consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Abide by all safety, quality, personnel, and other policies as applicable.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation to accurately record time worked on parts.
- Specification testing per customer and certification requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned for the good of the department and company.
- Be actively engaged in the department’s 6S program and complete all necessary paperwork.

- Computer Skills: Must be able to use common office software systems.
