What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Royal Glass Company?
This job is for a full time Project Manager. This entails managing all aspect of the construction project from start to finish.
Duties:
- Ordering Materials
- Managing and maintaining schedules
- Reading architectural plans- Correspondence via Email
- Create/edit written correspondence
- Typing up proposals/various forms- Filling out job specific pay-apps- Positive customer/client interaction
- Filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying
- Data Entry
- Create Excel spreadsheets as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned MUST HAVES:
- Prior experience in glass industry
- At least 4 years in an administrative support role
- Type 50 wpm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
- The ability to multi-task
- The ability to prioritize tasks
- Quick learner
- Initiative- The ability to work autonomously and use common sense
HELPFUL TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER:
- QuickBooks experience
- Reading and understand contracts
