Summary: The Train Attendants are responsible for preparing, stocking and cleaning train cars for each journey. Responsibilities also include general labor around the property as well as assisting guests with mobility accommodations to and from the train.
Essential Functions
· Able to think critically to solve problems effectively
· Assist guests to and from the train.
· Enjoy working on a team.
· Restock bar/kitchen onboard items.
· Repair small plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues or call certified technicians.
· Drive motor vehicles and golf carts safely on property delivering supplies/personnel. MUST HOLD A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
· Assist in a variety of tasks around the train such as filling water tanks, carrying kegs, carrying trash across tracks from cars, cleaning exterior of train, etc.
· Certified team members will operate the waste pump truck to empty waste tanks from passenger cars (certified team members will also receive $30 per event added on to their pay check through our standard payroll process)
· Regular daily cleaning of all exterior windows on the train
· Assist in cleaning grounds around the property
· Hold track warrants if GCOR certified
· Other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Education/Minimum Requirements
· No minimum education requirements
· No prior work experience requirements

· Demonstrating maturity and professionalism amongst team members
· Must hold a valid driver’s license
· Must be at least 25 years of age to operate company vehicles
· Must have up to date applicable vaccinations (tetanus, hep A, etc.) for handling of human waste for some duties
Working Conditions
· Able to frequently lift at least 50 pounds
· Perform work outside in adverse weather conditions (extreme cold and heat, snow, rain)
· Must climb ladders and stairs regularly
· Employee will spend 90% of the time on their feet
