Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC is a leading manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label charcoal, manufactured fire logs, fire-building products, matches and toothpicks. In addition, the Company also manufactures railroad cross ties, which strengthens our relationship with our suppliers in the charcoal business. We offer a full suite of grilling products including charcoal briquettes, all-natural lump charcoal, fire starters along with the Pine Mountain fire-building brand, the Diamond brand, and the Specialty Wood Products brand.

Missouri Tie is looking for a Manufacturing C Operator
Job Responsibilities
The Yard Loader Operator is responsible for performing delivery of Green and Treated Ties to and from production areas by use of a forklift machine. Candidate will track and report forklift’s conditions to appropriate personnel through regular inspection. Additionally, they are responsible for loading finished goods and unloading raw materials as the trucks come thru. They will be assisting with breaking down ties to smaller bundles. Packaging broken bundles of ties. Assist with banding ties as needed.
- Prior work experience operating a forklift.
- Good working knowledge of safety laws/ regulations related to this line of work and possess a high regard for safety and integrity.
- Ideally, candidate’s driving record should be blemish-free.
- Candidate with a service-oriented, “Can-do” attitude is a plus!
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to follow directions
- Able to withstand long hours of work while standing or moving
- Maintain good eye to hand coordination
- Must have dependable transportation
- Comply with all safety rules and procedures set forth by the company state and federal safety and environmental regulations
- Performs any other duties as directed by Plant Manager
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Maintain good clean work area
- Identify quality issues
- May involve repetitive movements
- Lifting up to 60 pounds
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling as necessary
- Due to the open environment, must be able to work in extreme weather and temperature conditions
