Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC is a leading manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label charcoal, manufactured fire logs, fire-building products, matches and toothpicks. In addition, the Company also manufactures railroad cross ties, which strengthens our relationship with our suppliers in the charcoal business. We offer a full suite of grilling products including charcoal briquettes, all-natural lump charcoal, fire starters along with the Pine Mountain fire-building brand, the Diamond brand, and the Specialty Wood Products brand.

Position Summary

Missouri Tie is looking for a Manufacturing C Operator 

Job Responsibilities 

This position may require you to run a front-end loader (experience preferred but not required), work at the tie line saw or learn to be a press operator. Help process green ties, and help spread ties for air stacks.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to follow directions
• Able to withstand long hours of work while standing or moving
• Maintain good eye to hand coordination
• Must have dependable transportation 
• Comply with all safety rules and procedures set forth by the company state and federal safety and environmental regulations
•  Performs any other duties as directed by Plant Manager 

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Maintain good clean work area
• Identify quality issues
• May involve repetitive movements
• Lifting up to 60 pounds
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling as necessary
• Due to the open environment, must be able to work in extreme weather and temperature conditions
