Royal Oak Leprechauns are seeking part-time Hospitality Suite Servers.

The Royal Oak Leprechauns are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Hospitality Suite Servers to join our team. This part-time position involves overseeing food and beverage operations in our hospitality suites and premium seating areas. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating an unforgettable guest experience while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality Suite Service:

• Assist in managing food and beverage service for hospitality suites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the appropriate teams.
• Ensure all hospitality suites are set up and maintained to meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.

Guest Experience:

• Provide a warm, professional, and engaging presence for guests.
• Work closely with premium seating clients to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Team Collaboration:

• Promote teamwork and foster a positive, inclusive work environment among staff members.
• Support colleagues in busy periods and collaborate across departments to enhance overall operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or event operations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the game schedule.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
