What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at Royal Palm Commercial Cleaning?
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all parts of vacation homes, residential homes, and/or office spaces
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, (smudge free), glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchens as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and coworkers
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
