What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Associate position at Royal Pets Market & Resort?
Description: The Guest Service Associates is the heartbeat of Royal Pet stores; they make both the pets and their parents feel welcome. Guest Service Associates need to be a master of multi-tasking. They will greet pets and their parents coming into the resort, check the customers in and out, juggle phone calls, and troubleshoot any problems that present themselves. Guest Service Associates provide exceptional hospitality and the best customer service possible by always treating pets and their parents with kindness and respect.
As a retail and service-related business, we are open 7 days a week, and on the majority of holidays, we look for open availability, including weekends & holidays. The minimum age to work with us is 18. Must be able to train for up to 4 weeks at our Palm Harbor location.
