We are looking for an experienced individual to assist leading our Culinary department in the role of Assistant Culinary Manager.
Responsibilities include;
- Assist with overseeing and managing all aspects of the dietary department, including kitchen operations and food production.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
- Train and supervise dietary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality food service.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess residents' dietary needs and develop individualized meal plans.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage the budget for the dietary department.
- Maintain accurate records of food production, resident preferences, and dietary restrictions.
