· Dispatching Emergency calls

· Accounts Receivable

· Working closely with Estimators, Project Managers and Field Technicians

Qualification/Skills:
· Must have a valid driver’s license, with reliable transportation
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· 3 years of Excellent Customer Service Experience
· 3 years of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Experience
· 3 years of Data Entry & Spreadsheet Maintenance
· Type 40 wpm
· Available weekends & holidays for on-call rotation after training.
· Available to work overtime when required.
· Available to travel with our CAT Team if needed
Physical Requirements:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Normal manual dexterity is required.
· Normal speaking and hearing abilities to interact with others in an office environment, over telephone or other video conferencing platform.
· The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms and continuously repeat the same hand, arm finger motion many times as in typing.
