Job Responsibilities
· Answering phones
· Job intake and scheduling
· Completing office documents
· Updating and maintaining job files
· Maintaining Accounts Receivable
· General office duties as assigned
- Contacting customers after service is performed to ensure satisfaction
- Participating in collections efforts when necessary
- Resolving issues with customers
- Ability to deal with insurance adjusters and claims
- Learning industry specific computer applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
