The Training Coordinator will play a strategic role in the development, implementation, and management of our training programs. This position will focus on assessing training needs across departments and teams, developing a comprehensive training strategy, and managing training initiatives to support the company's overall goals. The Training Coordinator will ensure training effectiveness and track progress towards established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Strategy Development:
- Collaborating with leadership to create a training strategy aligned with Royal's goals.
- Setting clear objectives and performance metrics to support employee growth and drive company success.
Needs Assessment & Analysis:
- Conducting thorough assessments at the departmental and individual levels to identify skill gaps and areas for development.
- Designing customized training solutions that address specific needs.
Program Development & Content Management:
- Designing, developing, and managing the training curriculum, incorporating diverse learning methodologies and technologies.
- Overseeing the creation and organization of training content, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Training Delivery & Facilitation:
- Coordinating and facilitating training sessions, leveraging a variety of delivery methods to optimize learning effectiveness.
- Providing training for managers and other leaders to enhance their ability to coach and develop their teams.
Performance Tracking & Accountability:
- Developing tracking systems to monitor progress towards training goals, holding employees accountable for completion and attainment of KPI targets.
- Regularly reporting on training effectiveness, completion rates, and KPI attainment to ensure continuous improvement.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Managing the training budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting training objectives.
- Procuring materials and resources necessary for training delivery.
Post-Training Evaluation & Program Improvement:
- Conducting evaluations and feedback sessions to measure training impact and gather insights for program enhancements.
- Adjusting content and methods as needed to continuously improve training quality.
Communications & Documentation:
- Maintaining training communications through internal channels to keep employees informed about available resources.
- Preparing training manuals, reports, and procedural documents as required.
Continuous Learning & Development:
- Staying current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in instructional design and training delivery to bring innovative approaches to the Royal team.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Organizational Development or related field; advanced certification (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in designing and implementing training programs with a focus on needs assessment, strategy development, and KPT tracking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Expertise in instructional design and multimedia training platforms.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
