Selectek is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator on a direct-hire basis. Our partnering company, located in Bessemer, Alabama, needs candidates with significant knowledge of manufacturing processes to train production workers and leadership.Employment Type : Direct HireExpected Pay Range : $90,000 to $120,000 based on experienceLocation : Bessemer, ALJob Details : Collaborating with leadership to create a training strategy aligned with company goals.Setting clear objectives and performance metrics to support employee growth and drive company success.Conducting thorough assessments at the departmental and individual levels to identify skill gaps and areas for development.Designing customized training solutions that address specific needs.Designing, developing, and managing the training curriculum, incorporating diverse learning methodologies and technologies.Overseeing the creation and organization of training content, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Coordinating and facilitating training sessions, leveraging a variety of delivery methods to optimize learning effectiveness.Providing training for managers and other leaders to enhance their ability to coach and develop their teams.Developing tracking systems to monitor progress towards training goals, holding employees accountable for completion and attainment of KPI targets.Regularly reporting on training effectiveness, completion rates, and KPI attainment to ensure continuous improvement.Managing the training budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting training objectives.Procuring materials and resources necessary for training delivery.Conducting evaluations and feedback sessions to measure training impact and gather insights for program enhancements.Adjusting content and methods as needed to continuously improve training quality.Maintaining training communications through internal channels to keep employees informed about available resources.Preparing training manuals, reports, and procedural documents as required.Staying current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in instructional design and training delivery to bring innovative approaches to the company team.In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client’s request.
