With a competitive salary of $80,000 to 120,000K DOE Salary per year and a schedule that includes full-time Monday through Friday hours (7 AM - 5 PM) plus overtime opportunities, this estimating role offers both stability and room to grow.

WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS :
As a Civil Engineering Construction Estimator, your days will be filled with variety and impact. You'll prepare detailed estimates for excavating, earthwork, underground utilities, and other heavy civil projects. From reviewing project plans and identifying scope to managing the bidding process, you'll work closely with project owners, vendors, subcontractors, and your internal team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You'll retrieve quotes, build preliminary schedules, and oversee subcontractor hiring, all while maintaining strong relationships across the supply chain. Using your estimating expertise, you'll help us meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve excellence on every project, creating a lasting impact in the community.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :
Having experience with Sharpsoft and Planswift software, as well as proficiency with Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, would be a huge plus! Holding a college degree in construction management or a related field is also preferred but not required.
