Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Manage custodial duties such as emptying trash bins, cleaning restrooms, and replenishing supplies.
- Launder linens and towels as needed to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Supervise cleaning staff when required to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in various settings while following safety protocols.
- Maintain an organized supply closet and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met in all areas.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Leadership skills are a plus for those interested in supervisory roles.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

- Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties which may include lifting up to 25 pounds.
