Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment effectively while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $7.50 - $8.50 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 14 per week
