Healthcare Support Aide Overnight Awake

Royalty Homes, Inc., a Group home provider, was established in 2005 and currently has 5 homes supporting individuals in Red Wing.

We are in search of a compassionate Caregiver who understands the importance of meeting the needs of residents while helping them maintain a high quality of life. We are looking for a committed Caregiver who has impeccable communication skills and is able to problem solve on the spot. Our Caregivers have a reputation of being cheerful and receptive as they administer care to the residents, and we are seeking someone who would be a great fit with our team. There is the possibility of picking up extra shifts.

Qualifications
- Care-giving experience
- Assisted living or nursing home experience preferred
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's
- Knowledge of ADLs, dementia care, and memory care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with direct support and senior care
- First aid certification and experience in patient care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
