At Royce Global, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the growth of our business by developing marketing materials, attending trade shows, generating sales/prospect reports, and supporting the outside sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and analyze weekly, monthly, and biennial sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the outside sales team by entering sample requests, price quotes, and other business development tasks to ensure seamless execution.
- Generate leads/prospects through market research and warm/cold calling to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and create marketing materials, including print and online content, to support sales efforts and trade show exhibitions.
- Attend and organize trade show exhibitions to showcase our products and services and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Maintain and develop company promotional items for trade shows and annual holiday gifts to reinforce our brand identity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Some experience with CRM/ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Some travel required for trade shows and other business development activities.
