ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned):
Adhere and comply with the school policies, rules, regulations and procedures as indicated in the Policy and Procedures Manual of Royer-Greaves School for Blind.
Coordinating and completing assessments. Responsible for providing the assessment for the development of the ISP, ISP Annual update and all ISP review.
Participates in the development of the ISP, Annual update and ISP revisions.
Is responsible for fulfilling the role as Plan Lead as applicable.
Responsible for reviewing the ISP, Annual update and all ISP revisions.
Responsible for reporting content discrepancies to the support’s coordinator as applicable and plan team members.
Responsible for the implementation of the ISP as written.
Responsible for reviewing, signing and dating the monthly documentation of an individual’s participation and progress towards outcomes.
Responsible for reporting a change related to the individual’s needs to the support coordinator as applicable and plans team members.
Responsible for reviewing the ISP with the individual.
Responsible for documenting the review of the plan relating to the ISP quarterly review and ISP revision.
Responsible for providing documentation of the plan review to the supports coordinator, and copy of the review to RGS administrative assistant as applicable.
Responsible for informing plan team members of the option to decline the ISP review documentation.
Responsible for recommending a revision to a service or outcome in the ISP.
Responsible for coordinating the services provided to an individual.
Responsible for coordinating the training of the direct service workers in the content of health and safety needs relevant to each individual.
Responsible for developing and implementing provider services as required.
Responsible for health, safety and welfare of all individuals. In the Residential program.
Responsible for ensuring all fire safety provisions outlined in the regulations.
Responsible for assuring all training requirements of each direct service worker.
Responsible for working with the accounting department to ensure All Individuals bank account stay within their required financial limit.
Responsible for scheduling vacations for Residential Individuals
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations outlined in Chapter 6400 Regulation, Community Living Arrangement.
Prepares bi-weekly payroll of all CLA staff.
Responsible for overseeing the Petty Cash for the CLA programs.
Ensures proper ratios and shift coverage in the CLA programs.
Assumes on-call supervisory responsibilities for the CLA program (24/7).
Participates as a member of Committees including, but not limited to: the management team, Emergency Preparedness, Risk Management and Quality

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
One of the following:
A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and one (1) year work experience working directly with persons with disabilities.

An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and four (4) years work experience working directly with persons with disabilities.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
