Job Overview : As a Process Associate at Southern CaseArts, you will be responsible for implementing the day-to-day processes for manufacturing. This person will work closely with all departments to ensure employees are trained and processes are maintained throughout the workflow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with all departments to streamline data collection for process reporting.
- Collaborate with teams to create different training strategies and define implementation goals.
- Schedule, monitor and audit processes previously implemented.
- Ensure that new procedures are implemented through detailed training and documented.
- Support all departments in identifying and resolving implementation obstacles.
