Position Summary (major areas of contribution) :
Royston LLC currently has an immediate opening for a Product Support Representative. This is an in office Non-exempt position. The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager of Project Coordination. Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities :
Communications
- Interact with Clients, Architects, Royston Management Team and other internal departments as required
o Generating and responding to emails
o Conducting, Interaction and participation in conference calls and meeting
o Professional phone etiquette
o Sense of Urgency in responsiveness
o Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Power Point
Building Projects
Purchase Order
Equipment Ordering
Pre -Construction Packages
Punch Reports
