About the role:
WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for a Document & Project Support Representative to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role supports our team of Project Coordinators and Project Managers on the execution of the projects, with a focus on the organization, submittal and control of technical documentation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Downloads, organizes and labels technical documentation for low voltage and medium voltage orders from different WEG systems.
- Uploads technical documentation into customers portals.
- Requests special technical documents from factories.
- Runs daily reports.
- Processes customer credits and return authorizations.
- Processes freight claims.
- Generates purchase orders.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Education:
- High School diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
Knowledge / training:
- Solid Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
- Ability to write Excel macros is a plus.
- Experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to understand basic business related problems.
Experience:
- 0 - 2 years of experience.
