Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Supervision:
- Supervise and guide a team of cleaning staff at assigned locations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide training and coaching to staff, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and adhere to cleaning procedures.
- Assign tasks and ensure that they are completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Motivate and engage cleaning staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment.

Quality Control & Inspections:
- Conduct regular inspections of client facilities to ensure that cleaning tasks meet company standards and client expectations.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the cleaning team to enhance performance.
- Maintain a checklist of cleaning duties to ensure all areas are properly serviced according to the client's specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 - 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both staff and clients.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures in the janitorial industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or reporting software.
- Valid driver’s license.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to travel between multiple client sites within the designated area.
- Ability to lift cleaning supplies and equipment, and work in various indoor environments.
