Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix and other EHR systems.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with medical terminology and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support office management tasks, including filing, phone management, and clerical duties.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline patient care processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
