R.P. Marzilli has been installing and maintaining New England’s finest residential landscapes since 1985. We are seeking landscape professionals with a background in Operations Management to support our Medway, MA maintenance division!
Responsibilities consist of oversight of all day-to-day operations in our Landscape Maintenance department ensuring that we continually exceed client satisfaction, jobs are finished within budgeted timeframes, and our expectations of quality are met. Our Maintenance Operations includes but is not limited to the following departments: general landscape services, horticulture, seasonal color installations, plant health care, turf care, arboriculture, holiday décor, plowing, irrigation, and landscape enhancements.
Responsibilities
Regular communication with Fleet Manager to ensure proper vehicles and equipment are being utilized efficiently and that maintenance teams have what is necessary to complete work.
Weekly and daily scheduling of all crews across all production divisions
Regular communication with Account Managers to ensure that client’s expectations are being met or exceeded
Strategic planning, routing, and forecasting so that work is being completed by necessary deadlines.
Interfacing with and scheduling with subcontractors as needed
Assistance in training crew leaders in the field
Assistance in implementing company safety protocols
Requirements
Minimum of five years of relevant landscape management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, scheduling programs, and project management tools
Strong communication skills, critical thinking skills, and problem solving skills
Desire to be the best in industry and to further advance the landscape profession

$90,000 - $105,000
