We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Junior Executive Sales Leader to support and expand our national outside sales teams, while establishing an internal sales department (TEAM ASSIST) that reflects and supports all aspects of both field and in-house sales. Our ideal candidate is a focused sales expert with a proven track record in working with both existing and evolving sales teams, furthering strong client relationships
Qualifications
Ideal
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
· Minimum of 4 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a focus on managing multi-region or national teams.
· Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.
· Strong understanding of CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
· MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
· Familiarity with emerging sales technologies and trends, such as AI-driven insights or digital selling techniques.
Salary : $25 - $30
