Seeking a strategic & dynamic individual to support and expand national sales teams while establishing an internal sales department to support both field and in-house sales.

Strategic Leadership)
Execute & implement national sales strategy
Maximize sales opportunities with decision makers
Ability to investigate market trends, competition, customer needs, and identify growth opportunities
Assist in setting clear goals & KPI’s for sales performance & team development
Effective communication internally & externally
Team Management)
Ability to inspire & lead diverse team of outside salespeople
Foster collaborative & high-performing culture focused on accountability & innovation
Participate in training & development programs to enhance sales
Revenue Growth)
Assist in facilitating quantifiable achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share targets
Work with Customer Service, Marketing & Product teams to create effective go-to-market strategies
Develop pricing models, discounts, & promotions to max profitability
Short & Long-term sales planning
Operational Oversight)
Use CRM tools to track sales pipeline and any progress, forecast revenue, and analyze sales data
Data assessment (sorting, searching, optimization)
Customer Engagement)
Build & maintain relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications : Preferred :
BA in business admin, marketing, or related
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Familiarity with emerging sales technologies and trends (AI or digital selling techniques)
Must Have’s :
Ideally a minimum of 4 years of sales leadership experience (managing multi-region or national teams)
Proven sales track record and hitting goals
Firsthand experience with CRM platforms and sales tools
Exceptional Strong and clear communication & negotiation skills
