Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement mental health programs and services.
- Oversee the daily operations of mental health programs.
- Supervise and support mental health staff and clinicians.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and services.
- Create and manage program budgets.
- Prepare and present program reports and proposals.
- Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders.
- Provide direct clinical services when necessary.
- Facilitate training and professional development for staff.
- Advocate for mental health resources and funding.
- Implement best practices and evidence-based treatment methods.
- Coordinate patient care and case management.

Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) designation.
- Knowledge in alcoholism, drug addiction, and ASAM criteria.
- Experience in program management and development.
- Strong knowledge of mental health laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in long-term rehabilitative processes, including awareness of the need for medical care, post-treatment crisis, relapse and new problems arising from sobriety.
- 2 plus years of experience in mental health services.
- Understanding of diversity and cultural competence.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
