Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented person to support our team in various inventory reporting and production planning tasks. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, the ability to multitask, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Schedule production for two wash lines.
- Update inventory spreadsheets.
- Enter wash production in system.
- Participate in production and inventory phone calls.
- Communicate with shipping and production staff.
- Manage front desk tasks such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- File, report and maintain wash, shipping and inventory records.
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Must be detailed-oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.08 - $17.30 per hour
