- Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations
- Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
- Work with each team member to develop and achieve goals
- Work with each team member to implement continuous process improvements
- Monitor sales orders, stocking levels, and execute fulfillment process post sales
- Assist with inventory physical organization and process
- Execute delivery schedule and process
- Assist with onsite service technical team to achieve exemplary service outcomes
- Work within company's online digital systems to execute fulfillment, purchasing and delivery processes
- Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
- Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
- Train, quote and execute jobs for the reprographic department
- Experience in a business work and warehouse environment preferred
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- An eye for attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
