The Ideal Candidate:
- Self-Motivated and independently manage the hiring and sourcing of skilled and sought-after healthcare professionals; while simultaneously being able to provide solutions to your client’s urgent and critical staffing shortages.
- Discipline planning and dedication to high activity standards and placement targets.
- Competitively negotiate placements between hospital decision-makers and the healthcare professionals you help place.
- Create and maintain relationships with your healthcare professionals and the pharmacies you will be working with.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- This is an in-office position.

Base Salary starts at $50,000 plus uncapped commission.
