RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL . This position is within a closed-door specialty mail-order 503a / 503b facility, specializing in weight-loss medication, anti-aging treatments, hormone replacement therapy, and other custom compounds.

This role requires a highly skilled multi-licensed pharmacist (8-10 active state licenses required) with extensive experience in 503b compounding, sterile injectables, and powder formulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and a deep understanding of compounding compliance and regulations.

Position Details

  • Location : Boca Raton, FL
  • Schedule : Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM (Full-Time, 1st Shift)
  • Term of Assignment : Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage staff pharmacists, pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production personnel.
  • Review batch records and associated documentation to ensure compliance with cGMP, USP

    • and 503b standards.

  • Ensure full adherence to local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations regarding both sterile and non-sterile compounding.
  • Assist in the documentation and completion of Adverse Drug Event forms and quality assurance reporting.
  • Lead hiring, training, and performance management of pharmacy personnel with approval from the CEO / President.
  • Supervise and ensure strict compliance with all compounding and safety guidelines.
  • Actively participate in regulatory inspections and audits to maintain facility compliance.
  • Compound pharmaceuticals as needed, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to quality control standards.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Active and clear Florida Pharmacist license (must hold 8-10 additional active state licenses ).
  • Minimum of 2 years of 503b compounding experience with a focus on sterile injectables and powders .
  • Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy management experience , with proven leadership and compliance oversight.
  • Extensive knowledge of cGMP, USP

    regulations.

  • Strong understanding of sterile and non-sterile compounding practices in a 503b setting.
