Job Description

Minimum 1 years pharmacy experience required.

We are hiring a Compounding Pharmacist with extensive non-sterile compounding experience to join a closed-door specialty mail-order pharmacy. This full-time, direct-hire role is ideal for a pharmacist with a strong background in custom formulations, including weight-loss medications, anti-aging treatments, and hormone replacement therapies. A minimum of two years of pharmacy management and non-sterile compounding experience is required to be considered for this role.

Position Details

Schedule : Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM
Setting : 503A non-sterile compounding facility

Primary Responsibilities

Supervise and direct pharmacists, pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production teams.

Review batch records and ensure compliance with cGMP standards .

Maintain regulatory compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws .

Oversee the documentation of Adverse Drug Events and ensure proper reporting.

Play an active role in the hiring, training, and management of pharmacy staff.

Assist with compounding as needed to meet production demands.

Requirements

Pharmacist license in at least 10 states.

Significant experience in non-sterile compounding ; retail pharmacy background alone does not qualify.

Knowledge of cGMP and 503A compounding practices.

Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment .
