RPH on the go is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor for a full-time position in Peridot, AZ. This 13 week contract offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily pharmacy operations while enjoying the scenic surroundings of Arizona. Travelers without pets can stay at a resort owned by the IHS facility, where all food and beverages are included! Travelers with pets will have alternative housing options. - Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient and compliant services.
- Develop performance metrics and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Implement and uphold departmental policies and procedures.
- Support staff growth through training, feedback, and professional development.
- Manage computer and dispensing systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor purchasing and inventory for cost-effective operations.
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports.
- Participate in organization-wide training and quality initiatives.
