Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Outpatient Pharmacist to join a tribal clinic/hospital in Peridot, AZ. This is a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful, remote setting while providing essential pharmacy services to the community. The role offers 10-hour day shifts in an outpatient clinic environment, making it an excellent fit for pharmacists with hospital outpatient or ambulatory care experience.

Since this is a tribal facility, an Arizona Pharmacist License is not required, making it a great opportunity for licensed pharmacists from any state.

Position Details

• Setting: Outpatient Clinic within a hospital
• Schedule: 10-hour day shifts
• Location: Remote tribal community in Arizona
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medication counseling and therapy management for patients
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure optimal patient care
• Verify and dispense prescriptions with precision and efficiency
• Work with RPMS, a proprietary pharmacy system used in many IHS and VA facilities
• Maintain compliance with all federal, tribal, and hospital regulations
  
  

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist License in any U.S. state
• Hospital outpatient or ambulatory care experience required (retail-only backgrounds will not be considered)
• Willingness to relocate to a remote tribal community
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
