Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
- Lead the analysis of business needs, processes, and systems.
- Work with stakeholders (internal and external) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain clear and detailed requirements documentation (functional and non-functional).
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand business requirements and priorities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
Project Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance on best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Drive the development and implementation of business analysis methodologies and standards across the organization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Assist in resource planning and team capacity management.
Solution Design & Process Improvement:
- Work closely with solution architects, developers, and other technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
- Contribute to the design of business processes and systems, ensuring alignment with the business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business process optimization and recommend improvements.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Define and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements are met during the development phase.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful resolution of any issues or defects.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare clear and concise reports, status updates, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including business requirements, test cases, and issue logs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles, with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder management.
- 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with EPM Applications (Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar.
- Proven experience leading teams of business analysts.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel).

Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
